Please note the following special instructions for those affected by the Assayii Lake Fire and potential evacuations.
If Molina Healthcare of New Mexico members are displaced and need medical care:
Members should call Member Services at (800) 580-2811 for assistance with any Molina Healthcare of New Mexico related service related issues. Member Services will assist member with finding a provider outside of their service area in the event they need assistance in accessing care during the fire and/or in the event they are displaced.The member can always go to the nearest Emergency Room if necessary.
